We do our best to send out orders within 48 hours after they have been received. In the checkout process, shipping times refer to how long the package will take once it's been sent.

A $3.00 handling fee will be added to each order.

Within the United States: You have the option to choose either media mail or priority mail. Media mail greatly varies, but typically takes 7-15 business days. This may take longer during the holidays and for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Priority mail takes about 2-3 business days.

Outside the United States: All books and DVD will be sent by Airmail. Delivery time varies and depends on the destination.

Customs regulations vary by country. If your order is being shipped outside the U.S., please check the local regulations there to see if you will be required to pay any import duties when your order arrives.

Orders sent USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Priority Mail Express International can tracked outside the United States.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal on our online store.

To pay by check, you can either place your order over the phone or through email. We will ship your items once payment is received. Or you can add all items you are ordering into your online shopping cart and have the system configure shipping and taxes. Then print your screen and mail it, along with your check or money order to:

Checks should be made out to Burchfield Rose, be in U.S. funds and payable through a U.S. bank.

Return Policy

Books and DVDs may be returned within 14 days of the date you received your order. They must be unopened and in unused/new condition. DVDs must still be in their original, unopened plastic wrap. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please contact our office first before returning any item .
